  7. SpeechWare OES is a multi-user interactive order entry system. It is capable of
  8. handling up to 24 simultaneous calls. The application SCRIPT allows
  9. customization of the user interface. It is capable of playing customized voice
  10. prompts to the caller and request response. Further action may be to collect
  11. DTMF data, branching to other prompt(s), recording a response and transferring
  12. the call to a live agent or supervisor (dependent on the configuration).
  13. Comprehensive reporting capability is provided, including the number of
  14. successful calls, unsuccessful calls, and the number of messages recorded.
